K E wanted a short simple valance to cover up the unsightly blinds. This plain flat valance with just a few pinch pleats and some gorgeous beaded trim does the trick.

The details are important.

The beauty of this simple valance is in the details.


Lisa has chosen basic pinch pleats but has added a contrast covered button at the base of each one.



Notice also the soft curves at the bottom edge with the 1/8" self welting cut on the bias to give it some body.
