Linda from Lyke interiors wanted this valance for Sharon's kitchen.
It's a series of flaps using two coordinating fabrics with piping along the top edge and covered buttons.

The beauty of this simple valance is in the details.


Lisa has chosen basic pinch pleats but has added a contrast covered button at the base of each one.



Notice also the soft curves at the bottom edge with the 1/8" self welting cut on the bias to give it some body.
